招募要求:
Recruiment requirement:
一、男生身高：170cm以上 女生身高：160cm以上
1.More than 170cm in height for males,females more than 160cm in height.
二、五官端正、形象良好、体形匀称、阳光健康
2.Good shape,good quality,well-built,sunshine health.
三、年龄：男歌手26岁以下，女歌手25岁以下；
3.Below age 26 years old for male singers,female singers below 25 yeares old.
四、有一定声乐、舞蹈、乐器或表演基础者优先
4.Having basic knowledge of singing ,dancing ,instrument playing and performance is a plus.
五、有原创作品或唱作者优先
5.People with original written-songs or song-writer singers are preferred.
六、合法公民，遵纪守法，无经纪合约在身
Legal citizens, law-abiding, non-brokerage contract.


附：纯粹的音乐跟身高、长相、年龄无关，只与梦想有关。我们所需求的艺人均以直接进行唱片录制以及发行、并非招募培训学员及练习生。请应试者明确自身定 位及发展方向、再予报名。
Ps: If you are passionate and desiable musicians,your age and other appearance conditions can be relaxed.We do not offer oppotunities for trainees.The artists will directly get into recording and issuing procedures.Please confim the personal position based on your orientation before you sign up,

考核内容：
Assessment content:
1、面试者请携带个人简历一份，身份证复印件一份，个人一寸照片一张。
1.The interviewers should take personal profiles ,one copy of your ID card,and a piece of one-inch photo.
2、准备三首试音曲目（风格不限），不需要伴奏。
2.Prepare 3 songs wirhout accompaniment.No limitation of music styles.
（未满18岁需要其监护人陪同方可来公司面试）

The conventional and complicated interview procedures covering several tests are abandoned.We will adopt a new but more efficient way to judge your ability.The interview process includes information collected,studio audition ,sound analysis and development proposals.All the interviewers will have the chance to get into studio and for free.The most professional music producers will be there to assist you to have a successful auditon and give you a more precise assessment.
